Egg in yogurt sauce

Hard boiled eggs       – 5
yogurt               – 3 tbsp
besan                -1/2 tbsp
kashmiri chilli powder   -11/2 tbsp
coriander powder      – 11/2 tsp
amchur powder        – pinch
salt                 – to taste
onion                -1/2 finely chopped
ginger garlic paste      – 1 tsp
curry leaves           – few
hing                 – pinch
oil                   -2 tsp

Method:
- Cut hard boiled eggs into halves and keep it aside.
- In a bowl mix yogurt,besan, kashmiri chilli powder, amchur powder,coriander powder and salt together and keep it aside
- In a kadai heat oil and fry  ginger garlic paste along with curry leaves until translucent.
- Add turmeric and hing.Follow it with onions and fry until translucent.
- Now pour the yogurt mixture and cook well until it thickens and oil oozes out.
- Once oil leaves the sides add adequate water and arrange the halved hard boiled eggs .
- With the spoon spread the curry over the top of the eggs too.
- Cover the lid and cook for few more minutes until the egg gets coated well and the gravy reaches the desired consistency
- Serve over Rice.
