Thalipu mor kuzhambu
Ingredients
Yogurt        – 1 cup
Water         – 2 cup
Onion         -1/2 finely chopped
Mustard seeds  -1/4 tsp
urad dhal      -1/2 tsp
cumin seeds    – 1/2 tsp
chana dhal     -1 tsp
green chillies    -2 slitted
curry leaves     -few
turmeric        -1/4 tsp
cilantro        -to garnish
salt            -to taste

Method:
- In a mixer blend yogurt with water and salt.
- In a kadai heat oil and allow mustard seeds to splutter.
- Temper with urad dal,cumin seeds,chana dhal, green chillies,curry leaves.
- Now add onion and turmeric and fry until it turns translucent.
- Pour in the beaten yogurt and switch off the stove in few seconds.
- Garnish with cilantro.
- Serve over rice.
