Schezwan Prawn Fried Rice
Ingredients:
Basmathi rice         -11/2 cup
schezwan sauce       -11/2 tbsp
soya sauce           -11/2 tsp
prawns              -10 chopped into small pieces
cabbage             -1 cup shredded
green beans           -1/2 cup finely chopped
carrot               -1/2 cup finely chopped
onion               -1/4 cup finely chopped
bell pepper           -1/2 cup finely chopped
egg                 -2
spring onion           -to garnish
salt                 -to taste
pepper               -little
oil                  -1 tbsp
butter                -1/2 tbsp
oil                  -1 tbsp
butter                -1/2 tbsp
Method:
- Wash the Rice and cook it  in a pot adding 2 1/2 cups of water,salt and little butter.
- In a pan heat butter and fry chopped prawns with required salt and pepper until cooked.Remove and keep it aside.
- Again add little more butter and scramble the eggs with little salt and pepper.Remove and keep it aside.
- In a kadai heat oil and add onions.Fry for a minute or two.
- Add the chopped vegetables and stir well.
- After 3 minutes add the cooked prawns and scrambled eggs to it.
- mix well and add the soy sauce,schezwan  sauce.Stir well
- Add the cooked Rice and keep frying for another 4- 5 minutes.Garnish with chopped spring onions.
- Serve hot.
