HERB RICE WITH OVEN ROASTED VEGETABLES
HERB RICE:
INGREDIENTS:
Butter-11/2 tbsp
Garlic cloves- 3 finely chopped
Mixed herbs(oregano,thyme,basil,rosemary)- 2 tbsp or more
Chili flakes
Salt – to taste
Cooked Rice -1 bowl( 1 cup basmati rice cooked in 2 cups of water)
METHOD:

In a pan melt butter , add in garlic cloves and saute it until translucent.

Then add in the herbs, chili flakes and salt.

Mix this into your cooked Rice and Serve hot with oven roasted vegetables.
OVEN ROASTED VEGETABLES:
INGREDIENTS:
Cauliflower-8-10
Carrot -1 chopped
Mushrooms-5Â
Green beans-2 sliced
Onion-1 cubed
Tomato-1 cubed
Bell pepper-½ cubed
Garlic cloves-10 minced
Mixed herbs-½ tbsp
Chili flakes -2 tsp
Salt -to taste
oil-11/2 tbsp
METHOD:

Cut the veggies in the size, it gets cooked evenly
-
In a plate, drizzle a good amount of oil over the veggies.

Add in the mixed herbs, minced garlic paste,salt, and chili flakes.

Marinade it thoroughly, for at least 10 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 400 F

Cook it for 20 minutes , turning it in between

Serve hot with Herb rice
