Vegetable fried rice

Ingredients:
Basmathi Rice                –   1 cup
chopped cabbage             –   1 cup
chopped green beans      –    1/2 cup
chopped carrots              –    1/2 cup
chopped bellpepper        –   1/2 cup
boiled green peas           –   1/4 cup
Chopped onion              –   1/2 cup
soya sauce                      –   2 tsp
salt                                  –   to taste
ajinomotto                       –   pinch
pepper                             –  1/2 tsp
oil                                   –  1 tsp
Method:

In a pot cook 1 cup of washed basmathi rice in 3 cups of water and salt until 3/4 is done

Drain water from the rice and keep it in a plate

In a pan heat oil add the chopped onions for a minute

Now add the chopped carrot and green beans and fry for a minute

Follow it by adding bell pepper too
