Gobi Jalfrezi/Cauliflower with bellpepper
Ingredients:
Cauliflower                    –  500 g
bell pepper                      – 1 cup cubed(different colour bell peppers are used but its entirely optional)
onion                              –  1 cubed
ginger garlic paste         –  2 tsp
tomato puree                 – 1/2 cup
 tomato                           – 1 (small )sliced
coriander powder          – 1tbsp
chilli powder                  – 2 tsp
garam masala                – 1 tsp
salt                                 – to taste
turmeric                          -1/4 tsp
oil                                    – 1 tbsp
cilantro                           – to garnish
Method:

Cut cauliflower into bite size florets

In a pan boil water and add salt and turmeric to it

Put cauliflower florets in batches into it for 3 minutes and take it out with a draining spoon

After it drains put directly in running cold water

Keep it aside

In another pan heat oil and add diced onions to it

After it turns transparent add the ginger garlic paste
After the raw smell goes off add the pureed tomatoes
Add the bellpeppers after 2 minutes
its good combination for roti
