Method:

Take a cup of green moong dhal/pasipayaru.

Soak it in water for 12 hours.

Drain the water thoroughly.

Put the drained green moong dhal in a hot pack
-
Keep the hot pack closed tightly for 48 hours.

Open it to see healthy sprouts.
