Strawberry gelatin -1 pack
Evaporated milk-1/4 cup
Boiled water-1 cup
Cold water-1/2
Add 1cup of boiling water to gelatin mix in a medium sized bowl; stir for atleast 2 min so that it gets completely dissolved without forming lumps
Add 1/2 cup cold water and 1/4 cup condensed milk stirring simulataneously. beat in a mixer until well blended.
Pour into ice cube trays or in small cups. Refrigerate upto 6 hours. or until firm.
Unmould gelatin cubes just before serving.
