Spinach Banana Walnut  Smoothie

A easy filling  and healthy breakfast smoothie that can be done in less than 5 minutes.


Ingredients:

Banana                     -1
Baby spinach           -1 handful
Walnut                     -6-8
Apple juice              – 10 oz
ice cubes                 -1

Preparation time:Less than 5 minute

Method:

  • In a blender blend together sliced banana,baby spinach,walnut ,ice cubes and apple juice for few seconds .


  • Transfer to a serving glass and serve.
