Grilled Dill Fish(american cuisne)

grilled Dill Fish

Ingredients:

Fish  (2 fillets)          – 100 g
Dill sprigs                 -1/4 cup
salt                             – to taste
pepper                        -to taste
lemon juice                -1 tsp
oil/non stick spray     – to apply on grill

Method:

  • In a bowl marinade fish with salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill sprigs for 15 minutes.

  • Apply oil/non stick spray over the grill
  • Grill both sides of fish

  • Serve as an appetizer.
