Vanilla Panna cotta


Vanilla Panna cotta

Ingredients:

heavy  cream           -11/2 cup
vanilla extract          -11/2 tsp
whole milk               -1 cup
unflavored gelatin    – 1pack (.25 oz)
white sugar               -1/2 cup

Method:

  • In a  bowl mix 1/2 cup of milk and gelatin until completely dissolved.

  • Keep it aside for 5 minutes until fluffy.
  • In a pot combine heavy cream ,remaining milk and sugar and cook until it comes to a nice boil .

  • Now add the prepared fluffy gelatin mixture to it and cook for a minute or until the gelatin dissolves.

  • Now take off the stove and pour in the vanilla extract.

  • Pour it in dessert bowls and refrigerate it for atleast six hours


  • Serve it chill .
  • You can gently take it out using a spatula and serve it over a plate too
